1. SPONSOR
The Junk Goat $100 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Junk Goat (“Sponsor”).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on September 28th 2026 at 9:00am Eastern Time and ends when The Junk Goat Facebook page reaches 525 followers. (to be announced) (the “Promotion Period”).
*Entries received after the Promotion Period (will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY
-The Promotion is open to legal residents of Harrisburg, PA and/or within a 25 mile radius of Harrisburg, PA who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
-Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members of Junk Goat, as well as anyone directly involved in administering the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
-Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who violates these Official Rules.

4. HOW TO ENTER
-To enter during the Promotion Period, an eligible participant must complete both of the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official Junk Goat giveaway webpage at junkgoatpa.com and complete the online entry form with the requested information.

Step 2: Share the official Junk Goat Giveaway promotional post on the entrant's personal Facebook profile using Facebook's native sharing function.

-The Facebook share must be made during the Promotion Period.
-Entrants must have a Facebook account and must comply with Facebook's applicable terms and policies.

One entry per person.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

5. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION
Information submitted through the entry form may be used by Sponsor to administer the Promotion, contact the potential winner, and for other purposes disclosed in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with the applicable consent provided by the entrant and Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:
One $100 Amazon Gift Card.

-Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 USD.
-The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
-Amazon is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this Promotion.

7. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about TO BE ANNOUNCED .
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
-The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided during entry.
-The potential winner must respond within [5] calendar days of notification.

*If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

-By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
-Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the Promotion, submit fraudulent or automated entries, provide false information, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
-Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

10. FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER

-This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
-By entering, each participant releases Facebook from any responsibility or liability related to this Promotion.

11. WINNER'S NAME

The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on Junk Goat's social media pages and/or website following confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of the prize.

12. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
-No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
